Consuela Scott Perseverance Scholarship
Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated is a private non-profit organization that was established on January 13, 1913, by 22 visionary women at Howard University in Washington, D.C. The organization’s mission is public service with a focus on scholarship, service, and sisterhood. Today, Delta has over 300,000 members and over 900 graduate and undergraduate chapters worldwide.
